Village by the Bay is a 14 building mid rise community that was built in 1997 as a rental community and was a great success when it was converted and sold in 2004.  Village by the Bay is neighbors with the prestigious William's Island and The Peninsula and sits on the bay. At Village by the Bay, you can choose from one, two and three bedroom residences. The clubhouse at Village by the Bay is well equipped with the latest in gym weights & cardiovascular machines, internet library room, party room with kitchen, main pool with hot tub on the bay or if you prefer a little privacy, you can swim in the second pool just steps away and conveniently located in the middle of the community. Village by the Bay is also one of the few communities that allow two pets with a higher weight limit.
