Canyon Ranch Living is being built on the six-acre site of the late 1950s historic Carillon Hotel on Miami Beach, which is being restored and preserved as part of the development. The community will be a smoke-free environment, except in private residences and limited, designated areas. Facilities Canyon Ranch Living will have 151 condo-hotel suites and 467 one, two and three bedroom and penthouse condominium residences, plus a 60,000 square-foot Spa & Fitness Center.
