Miami real estate offers many opportunities in pre-construction and new construction

Miami, Fl. September 23, 2004 -- Miami real estate is undergoing the largest construction boom in it�s magnificent history. From downtown to Aventura, the landscape of the real estate in Miami is constantly changing with the addition of each new condominium building.
Miami real estate has become one of the hottest commodities with people coming from all over the world to try and get in on the Miami pre-construction deals. Miami pre-construction gives people the opportunity to build equity in a property while not having to pay the normal carrying costs such as taxes, maintenance fees or a mortgage.
When a buyer purchases a pre-construction property in the Miami real estate market, 10% of the sales price is due at the time of contract. A funny thing happened today. I got a call from a very nice lady who asking me about a listing in Harbor Towers, which is in Aventura. She told me she was looking for a three bedroom condominium for her daughter. She was looking on the internet using the search term Aventura Condo, and she found us. She neglected to tell me that she was a client of an agent in my office. I happened to get a call from that very same agent asking me about the very same listings. I asked her if the clients name was the same as the person who had called me earlier. She of course said yes, how did you know my clients name?

Trump Towers into Miami Real Estate with New Trump Towers

Miami, Florida (PRWEB) September 26, 2004 -- Developers Donald Trump, Jorge Perez, Gil and Michael Dezer come together to build three condominium towers in Sunny Isles Beach.
