Carole and I both took a little well deserved time off during this Thanksgiving holiday. As usual I ate enough turkey and stuffing for three people. We spent time with the family and went christmas tree shopping. This Monday was spent catching up on all of the internet business that piled up over the weekend.
Online shopping spiked 27% the day on Friday. In total Americans spent 22.8 billion dollars this holiday weekend. Sound like a great start to 2005!

Carole and I have both been working with clients for pre construction condos. She has been concentrating on the Brickell area while I have been in the Aventura, Sunny Isles area. Everyone is after pre construction condos, so it has been keeping us busy. It doesn't leave a lot of time for me to work on the Blog. We have some great new projects coming up and hope to be able to get many of our cleints the deals they are looking for. Remember, the key to investing in pre construction condos is getting in as early as possible.
