The Residences at Atlantis will offer several different options in condo hotel units:

Studios, 540 sq. ft.

One-bedroom units, 1,000-1,265 sq. ft.

Two-bedroom lockout units that combine one-bedroom units with studios, 1,540 sq. ft. to 1805 sq. ft.

The condo hotel units will be provided to you professionally designed and fully furnished in true five-star fashion. Among the impressive features will be:

LIVING RESTRICTIONS

The living restrictions are 90 days per year. The rest of the time, you may place your unit in the rental program. Construction on The Residences at Atlantis is expected to begin July 2005. The Atlantis condo hotel at Paradise Island is scheduled for completion by August 2007.

THE DEVELOPERS

Turnberry Associates is one of the largest high-rise developers in the U.S. and has been setting unmatched standards of luxury for high-rise living for over 40 years. In Miami Beach, Turnberry Associates has just purchased the world-famous, Fontainebleau Hilton. REQUIRED PAYMENTS

A total of 30% cash down is required:
10% is due with the formal reservation agreement, expected in mid-May 2005.
10% is due at contract, expected between mid-August and early Sept. 2005.
10% is due 180 days after the second deposit.
