Mei is Miami Beach�s newest and most exclusive new pre construction condominium project. MEi Miami (pronounced May-e), which is Mandarin for beauty and femininity will be a 22-story oceanfront condo with units ranging from just under 900 to 1900 square feet at an average price of $1.3 million.
