Aventura Real Estate

My company has an office in the Aventura Mall. We have spent most of the weekend there selling Aventura real estate. It is amazing how many people are interested in buying pre construction condos in Aventura. We had a very successful weekend. We had so many people that we had a hard time keeping up with all the work.

Peninsula Aventura

I have been showing units at the Peninsula in Aventura and my clients bought a two bedroom on the 12th floor. I feel that the Peninsula is one of the best buys anywhere in Aventura. Where else can you get a 3000 square foot unit for under $300 a square foot in a full service luxury building? The answer, no where. Even though prices continue to climb at the Peninsula, it is still the best buy around. The Peninsula II (Pre Construction) is in the reservation phase and averages $350 per square foot. Back to Work

Carole and I both took a little well deserved time off during this Thanksgiving holiday. As usual I ate enough turkey and stuffing for three people. We spent time with the family and went christmas tree shopping. This Monday was spent catching up on all of the internet business that piled up over the weekend.
Online shopping spiked 27% the day on Friday. In total Americans spent 22.8 billion dollars this holiday weekend. Sound like a great start to 2005!

Miami Pre Construction

The latest great Miami pre construction deal on Brickell is 500 Brickell. The location offers views of downtown, the Miami River and Biscayne Bay. Units will start around the $300,000 mark. With the new I.R.I.S technology 500 Brickell will be the newest "smart" building on the market. I already have a good VIP list compiled, and have room for a few more. Working on the weekend

Carole and I were both busy this weekend showing properties. We were in the North Tower at the Point, South Tower at the Point, Village by the Bay, Aventi and Mystic Pointe. We are working with some great clients and we were able to show them some terrific listings. We should be making offers for these two different clients by the end of the week.

Pre Construction Condos

Carole and I have both been working with clients for pre construction condos. She has been concentrating on the Brickell area while I have been in the Aventura, Sunny Isles area. Everyone is after pre construction condos, so it has been keeping us busy. It doesn't leave a lot of time for me to work on the Blog. We have some great new projects coming up and hope to be able to get many of our cleints the deals they are looking for. Remember, the key to investing in pre construction condos is getting in as early as possible.

Funny thing

A funny thing happened today. I got a call from a very nice lady who asking me about a listing in Harbor Towers, which is in Aventura. She told me she was looking for a three bedroom condominium for her daughter. She was looking on the internet using the search term Aventura Condo, and she found us. She neglected to tell me that she was a client of an agent in my office. I happened to get a call from that very same agent asking me about the very same listings. I asked her if the clients name was the same as the person who had called me earlier. She of course said yes, how did you know my clients name?

Hello and thank you for visiting our Miami Real Estate Blog. Our names our Paul and Carole Hansen and we live in Aventura, Florida. We have been selling real estate together for the last six years and have had a great time doing it. We have met a lot of very interesting and wonderful people in the process.
Carole is a native to Miami Beach and I am originally from Texas, but have lived in Miami for the last 12 years. We have worked with clients from downtown Miami up to Fort Lauderdale, out to Weston, and all points in between. In short, we love what we do and we both work very hard at it.
